Honey Blush Boutique accepts exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased in store and online *within 30 days* of the purchase date.
- We currently do not offer return labels nor do we reimburse return shipping costs.
- All returns must be received *within 30 days* of the purchase date.
- Returns are for exchange only. No refund will be issued.
- Exchanges are for the SAME item but in a different SIZE. If the product is unavailable in the size needed, we can exchange for a product of equal or lesser value.
- Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where possible.
- FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange. See list below.
- Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

- Hats or Hair Accessories
- Intimates, Tights or Hosiery

- **Items returned in poor condition will be sent back to the customer as Final Sale.
HOW TO RETURN:
- Please include the original receipt in the package with your original item you are returning.
- PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR INVOICE IN YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT.
- At this time, we do not provide return labels. We suggest using USPS.
- Hold on to your Tracking Number in case we need to locate your return.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your exchange to be processed.
EXCHANGES
Honey Blush Boutique accepts Exchanges *within 30 days* of the purchase date.

- If the requested item and size are not in-stock, we will process the exchange as an E-gift card. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order.

- At this time, we do not provide return labels. We suggest using USPS.

- Once your exchange is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the new size request to be processed and shipped. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order.
RETURN POLICY FAQ's
GIFT CARDS
If your gift card isn’t showing in your email inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.
- E-gift card codes will expire 1 year from the date issued.
- If your order is a little more than your gift card is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout.
- Your use of the Gift Card constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
If you received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.
MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEM
If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order, so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.
ADDING ITEMS TO AN ORDER
We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed. If it is within 24 hours of your previous order, contact our customer service team immediately and include both order numbers in your message. We will do our best to waive the shipping fee on this additional order.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Due to limited quantities and high demand, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items. No exceptions.
